The Steampunk Mobile Phone otherwise known as 'The Pocket Aether Perambulator'

I've been working on this for months, on and off, and got tired of not posting anything.

Strictly speaking is this steampunk? I have no idea, its just a label.

The dimensions for this are based on my trusty Nokia N95, It opens much like a netbook and boasts the following features.

*Fob ring - for attaching to a gentlemans pocket chain
*External Chronograph - with visible mechanism
*External Camera Obscura - for capturing magical images which might take ones fancy
*Internal Camera Obscura - for presenting images of your own visage whilst communing over the aetheric web
*Miniaturised QWERTY typewriter - to aid in the preparation of Aether-grams
*Aetheric plasma picture frame - for viewing the aetheric web
*Internal magnetic resonance speaker/microphone
*Dedicated buttons for accessing the aetheric web
*Exquisite external engraving and name plate bearing the following information 'The Pocket Aether Perambulator - enabling communion across aetheric space. As presented by Prof. A. J. G. Wellsby'

Still a WIP so C&C's welcome

Note: Lighting not quite right yet

Hi. Would you consider selling this? Is it set to a specific network, or would I be able to set my own?

cool continue , with your 3d software you can adjust the DOF camera ? or you created after the render with a 2d software ?

use kerkythea which allows you to mimic camera blur using F numbers, its pretty cool. sometimes doesn't quite provide the blur I want, (for example architectural scale stuff) in which case i'll render a depth map and do the DOF in GIMP

ah ok the system is limited , but yes you adjust the map with a 2d software , it's a good solution for a fix image :)
